Fantastic Service Great size chair!

I ordered this chair for my 87 year old nan. The delivery was promt, they called me 20 minutes before on both occasions (first delivery failed as my nan had gone back to bed) but they rearranged delivery straight away and were brilliant! - As for the chair itself, the size is great, quality seems great so far and in my nans own words ' I feel like a queen sat on a thrown, there's a great amount of space, its a great height and it's comfortable' - The one thing that I would like to praise more than anything would be the super speedy response on the online chat service. Weekends and Evenings, no problem! Any question or query I had, someone was there to response in minutes! It really put my mind at ease, especially ordering online and not seeing the item in person until delivery date. I would highly recommed! Thanks for everything!
