We give you a full after sales service - if you are not happy, just telephone us on 07704 155843 or email us and we will arrange a collection, replacement parts or a full refund, we are very confident in our products.

Safety Regulations

All our chairs are compliant with The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988, amended 1989 and 1993.

Delivery

Delivery is usually a week or two after payment by Courier. Often though it is only a few days.

Delivery times can vary from model to model depending on stock levels − keeping large amounts of stock costs money, which increases prices! We believe you would prefer to get the same model cheaper rather than us guaranteeing next day delivery on all models!

Please note that delivery is to Mainland UK only − if you are outside Mainland UK, please contact us to see if there is a delivery surcharge.

Payment Methods

We take Credit Cards, Paypal, Cheque or Bank transfer (if you have Internet Banking). We accept payment online through WorldPay, PayPal or Google Check Out.
