I put my chairs together myself. Admittedly, it would have been easier with two, but there wasn’t anybody available to help me so I had to do it alone. It took me quite a long time to put the first chair together (it didn’t help that I put the arms on back to front!), but once I’d got the hang of it the second chair was a doddle. I’m sitting in one of them now and thoroughly enjoying lying back and twirling about. These chairs are cosy and comfy and I do not regret buying them one little bit. Absolutely delighted. I will add, though, that they’re snug, so it’s likely that my 20 stone friend would not find them as comfy as I do!. It took me a while to make my mind up about these chairs (I watched the video a couple of times and I pondered my decision for a while), but any worries I had about whether or not they would be any good were completely unfounded. They’re brilliant and I love them. I’ve had them for few months now and I have not changed my mind!

Thanks for this timely delivery which arrived early yesterday morning. I must admit I found it a little difficult to assemble and the instruction sheet had a couple of errors in it but we got there in the end! I'm very pleased with the chair and quality of manufacture. The packing was very good too. I bought it after having seen it at my sister in law's house and am not disappointed. Love my Dubai recliner in lisbon grey. Looks great, is very comfortable. Delivery time was spot on too. My neighbour popped in and saw it today, and asked if I would mind ordering the same for her ( she has not got access to internet ) Of course I didn't mind, so now there is another one on its way to Northants. She is having the white glove service.

Just to say how pleased I am with my new chair. Managed to put it together myself lady age 72, just needed help with the arms.
It is so comfortable, and looks great. Brilliant purchase.

Just wanted to say thanks for the good service. Chairs arrived on the day promised. Been busy this week, but we assembled one set yesterday and the other today,the instructions were very clear. I am very pleased with the chairs. They are very comfortable which is especially good for me as I have a spinal issue which means sitting can be painful.
